Show And Hide Fields

In the Preferences page, all the fields of the Ticket Creation page and Ticket details page can be set as non visible, visible or read-only.  Each field can also be set as “mandatory”, which will force the user to input a valid value for the field, before the form can be saved. In this way you can, for example, force your customer to add critical information at the moment of the creation of the support request, without the need of your Operators to ask for those information in a second time.
