I've just found and installed your module, and it is quite impressive. I want to let you know that I have been searching for the right DNN module for some time and in my searches for CRM/HelpDesk/Project Management modules, I only just stumbled on yours but now I can't recall how I found you. Anyway you need to advertise more; maybe Snowcovered?
Your module seems like it will suit our purposes but we also need the ability to track tasks using a calendar view. I realize this is more of a project management function but I'm thinking of connecting tasks into the DNN Events module to show the tasks in the calendar view. Any thoughts on this?
When will you be selling the source code? |

Hello, thank you for your words. We are advertising with google adwords, and we are on snowcovered.com, if you serach Helpdesk there, we should pop up as first listing. Isnt it? To render the tasks in the DNN Event module...mmm... that would be quite interesting, even if the calendar view is something that we really need to develop, as asked by many. For the DNN events, maybe modifing the stored procedure that lists the Events with a union on the Task table of bizsuite could do the trick. I'll ask one of the guys tomorrow, to see if he can write down something quick. We are modifing the E-commerce page to include the Sources. The package is already completed, so if you would need them urgent, we could arrange a sale via email. Thank you. |

Let me know if you come up with a way to do this, it would seem to be possible. Is there a chance to extend the trial version? We need more time to let our team review the product. |

Hello, sorry but we are yet to find some time to look into the Events module reading operators tasks. We had a quite work load on other customization. I will let you know when we will find some time to look into this, excuse me! For the trial, of course we can extend it for the time you need. Please use the Contact Us page and send us the email address you are using for the license. Thank you. |
