EasyHelp is a light module for Dotnetnuke portals that manages customers support requests. It offers a requests management (Trouble Ticketing) and allow your visitors customers to easily create new tickets and review their requests details / status. EasyHelp provides all that you need to have a Help Desk dotnetnuke module and a productive support staff.

• You can use your account to create and review new support requests. Just navigate to the Online Demo page and click 'Create New Ticket'.
• To login as Technicians, please use one of the following accounts (username / password):
  - operator1 / operator1
  - operator2 / operator2
  - operator3 / operator3
• Some options of the Administrator Panel are set in read-only in order to prevent bad configurations by visitors.
