Change Log or Audit Trail  (Philippines)
hi, im new to oldTurtle and tried to explore on community edition. I just want to know if is there anyways that admin can view report of change log or audit trail? thank you. :)

Hello,

yes, you only need to enable the Logging entries, in Advanced -> Log Viewer -> Configure Log

Then, in each Ticket, you will also see single log of events for that ticket.

Hope this is what you needed!

Hi David G. thanks for the reply.

Can i know what version your using? because i've tried to locate Advanced Panel but i didnt see any Log Viewer here. All i see are Notifications, Email Collector, Extended Fields and Field Visualization.

And a follow up question, does this feature log all events including the update of user information?

Can you try in the "System" tab? I always confuse them, sorry :)
