You can skip the registration part, and create New Support Tickets to simulate an unregistered visitor, but you will not taste all the features that BizSuite brings.
You can use the demo with your registered account, and play the customer part. You will be able to open your Support Tickets and review them.
To be able to preview the Operator / Technician side of the module, please login using following credentials:
username: operator1 / password: operator1
username: operator2 / password: operator2
username: operator3 / password: operator3
Operators have no differences in terms of permissions, but you can easily test the re-assignment of Tickets.
How to test POP3 polling for Ticket generation from received emails:
Our online demostration is set to poll the email address demosupport@oldturtle.net every 3 minutes. If you want to test this, just send an email to that address by using your registered user's email address as sender. BizSuite will delete every message that is not coming from a registered user, as it will consider them as spam. Once you are registered, and want to test POP3 polling method, just send the email:
